How does the free trial work?
Sign up with an e-mail address — no card, no call. Your workspace provisions instantly with an optional sample dataset. You get the full Growth feature set for 15 days, up to 100 instruments. Printed documents carry a TRIAL watermark until you convert; the moment you pay, the watermark lifts and everything continues on the same data and subdomain.
What happens to my data if I don't convert?
Nothing sudden, and nothing silent. Your workspace turns read-only when the trial ends, export-only fifteen days after that, and closes on day forty-five — with a notice at every step. The data is purged on day sixty. Paying at any point before that restores full access instantly, on the same data and the same address.
We use NABL labs and get PDF certificates. How do we record them?
Certificate details are recorded in full — certificate number, dates, result points, accreditation validity — with complete support for NABL and other accredited labs. Enter them manually per line, or bulk-import with our XLSX schema with dry-run validation on every plan. Approval is always a human e-sign.
We have inch gauges and metric gauges. Which do we choose?
Both. The unit system is chosen per instrument at registration — there is no company-wide setting. Verdicts are computed after exact SI normalization, so a metric master calibrating an imperial instrument works correctly, and your certificate values are stored exactly as printed.
Can you migrate our existing Excel register and old certificates?
Yes. Self-serve XLSX import with a dry-run validation mode on every plan, and an assisted onboarding & migration service (₹25,000 one-time) that brings in up to 5,000 historical events with certificates, sets up your type schemas, and trains your team.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
In one PostgreSQL database, with tenant isolation enforced by the database itself rather than by application code — every table carries a row-level security policy, and the application connects as a role that cannot bypass one. Authentication is first-party: passwords are stored as scrypt hashes and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest, both in the same database, so identities are not handed to a third party. Every change is written to an append-only, hash-chained audit trail. You can export everything, at any time, on any plan — including after a trial has lapsed.
